ON THE COVID-19 SITUATION
Today, we are facing the reality of a worldwide crisis brought about by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Many people around the world are at risk and are therefore living in fear and panic.As Christians, we should always remember that GOD IS GOOD and HE IS POWERFUL. No matter how difficult this situation may seem for us, we can be assured that nothing is beyond His control.As we continue to seek God in the midst of this ordeal, let us respond in faith and wisdom and let us hold to what 2 Timothy 1:7 says: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” With God’s guidance, the Church Ministry Team (CMT) of Angeles City Alliance Church has come up with this advisory to help guide us in the following days to come.
OFFICIAL CHURCH ADVISORY
Due to the recent situation regarding the continuing threat of COVID-19 and based upon the statements given by the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC) and the Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines (CAMACOP), the CMT decided to temporarily suspend our Worship Service on Sunday, March 15.Here are some guidelines for us to keep in mind:
FACEBOOK LIVESTREAM
We will be worshipping the Lord with each other in spirit on March 15 at 10:30 in the morning through our Facebook Livestream which you can access on our Facebook Page: Angeles City Alliance Church.- We encourage you to join our worship through the Facebook Livestream together with your Lifegroup or your family members at home.
TITHES AND OFFERINGS
We suggest that you set your tithes and offerings aside until our next worship service where you could be able to give it personally or you may contact us at this number- 09778224832 to make the necessary arrangements with your giving.
OTHER MINISTRIES
Lifegroups may still gather as long as safety measures will be implemented in the meetings.- Our Prayer Service on Wednesday at 7 PM will still push through.- The Vacation Bible School (VBS) is cancelled.- The National Alliance Women Conference (NAWC) and National Alliance Youth Conference are postponed.
In the meantime, may we request the entire ACAC family to keep ourselves safe, stay calm, pray fervently and seek comfort in reading the Word.God bless us all!
